Eymen Akbaykal Yaygın

Before joining our team, Eymen Akbaykal Yaygın has worked as an attorney at law in prestigious law firms and focused on litigation and consultancy. Eymen has been working for Özay Law Firm since the establishment phase.

Eymen is mainly specialised in rental law -both in litigation and consultancy processes. In addition to rental law, she provides support in litigation processes regarding competence of unions and collective labor agreements and administrative actions.

In addition to aformentioned fields, she also deals with disputes regarding commercial law and assists the clients with revision of various commercial contracts related to retail sector.
