Doğa Başoğlu has graduated from Başkent University Faculty of Law with honors degree and joined the team as an attorney at law registered in İstanbul Bar Association. She is specialized in corporate law, commercial law, contracts law, and her experience include domestic and international M&A projects. Doğa also provides day-today legal advice to local and multinational companies on these matters. Doğa mainly focuses her practice on corporate issues.
