Ayca Bengu Koksal, Esq. manages the Global Corporate Affairs and Arbitration department. Koksal manages the corporate affairs for multinational clients across diverse industries, ensuring alignment with legal requirements, industry standards, and business objectives. She provides expert legal advice and strategic guidance to corporate clients on a wide range of cross-border transactions including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management.

As part of the firm’s arbitration practice, Koksal handles complex cross-border disputes and provide strategic legal counsel to multinational clients in arbitration proceedings.

Prior to joining the firm, Koksal worked at prestigious law firms in Istanbul and Washington, DC as a corporate lawyer and international arbitration lawyer. She advised both Turkish and foreign companies on corporate and litigation/arbitration matters. She represented clients in numerous project finance and mergers & acquisition deals. She also represented clients in various commercial disputes before state courts and arbitral tribunals.
