Samime Özgen Aytöre

Before joining the team, Samime Özgen, worked as a senior attorney in several banks and financial institutions handling with executions of attachments, pledges, bill of exchanges related to personal loan and commercial loan.

Samime is specialised in Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law and assists our Clients for the execution proceedings without judgement, execution proceedings with judgement and foreclosure proceedings before execution offices. In addition to her experience and knowledge in Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law, Samime also provides litigation services for the lawsuits related to Labour and Social Security Law, Commercial Law and Consumer Law.

Samime advises our clients to solve their disputes with the most effective solutions which are in accordance with the latest legislation and practices. She also organises trainings for our clients to point out the important issues which should be taken into consideration for collection of receivables and while obtaining cheques and bills of exchange.
