Beste Güneş Tımaç graduated with honors from Yeditepe University Faculty of Law and also completed a minor in Business/Finance at Yeditepe University. After successfully completing her legal internship at Özay Law Firm, Güneş continues to work as a lawyer at our law office.

Throughout her career, she has particularly focused on IT Law, Data Protection Law, E-Commerce Law, and Internet Law, providing legal consultancy to numerous clients and managing compliance projects within these areas.

Güneş has specialized in the legal challenges arising from the rapid transformation of information technologies and the digital world. She provides solutions to clients on matters such as personal data protection, data security, data breach incidents, e-commerce contracts, digital platform regulations, internet domain name disputes, the legal liability of internet service providers, and the legal aspects of artificial intelligence technologies.

In addition to IT Law, Güneş Tımaç has also worked in the fields of Competition Law, Contract Law, Consumer Law, and Labor Law, providing both consultancy and litigation support to our clients.
