M. Efe ÖZ graduated from Istanbul Bilgi University Faculty of Law and completed his Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in International Banking and Finance Law at City, University of London. He joined Özay Law Firm in 2025.

He mainly focuses on regulated sectors and provides legal assistance to both domestic and international clients in the fields of Corporate Law, Commercial Law, Contract Law, and Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) projects, as well as offering legal consultancy services to companies day-to-day. His work includes advising clients on company formation and restructuring, drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, and assisting in cross-border transactions.
