Yıldız Akınsal graduated from Marmara University Faculty of Law. After completing her legal internship, she was admitted to the Istanbul Bar Association. She joined Özay Law Firm in 2023.

Yıldız Akınsal provides legal service to our clients in the fields of compliance, competition law in particular and manages Ethics and Compliance projects. She carries out audits/on-site inspections and conducts risk analysis for each client. Additionally, she represents our clients at all stages before the Competition Authority.
