Ziba Ayşegül Abacı graduated from İstanbul University Faculty of Law and earned her LL.M. degree in Business Law and Taxation from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).

Ms. Abacı advises clients on Information Technology Law, e-Commerce Law, GDPR, Competition Law, and Türkiye’s Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK). She provides comprehensive compliance support—drafting policies, conducting risk assessments, and managing cross-border data transfers—and represents clients in investigations and administrative procedures. Leveraging her multidisciplinary expertise, she also assists in Turkish Competition Authority inquiries, oversees appeal processes, and conducts compliance management projects.
