Tuğba Gülşen graduated from Marmara University Faculty of Law. Since the beginning of her legal internship, Tuğba has worked in various law firms, providing legal consultancy and litigation services to corporate and individual clients operating in different sectors such as leasing, finance, real estate management and rental, clothing, construction, logistics, car rental, digital publishing platform, and payment services.

In this context, she has played an active role in contract negotiations, preparation, and revision processes.Tuğba Gülşen has also provided legal support to her clients in administrative oversight processes, managing the preparation of necessary defenses, and offering legal consultancy during retail sales stages. Through these experiences, she has gained expertise in various areas of private law.

In 2023, Tuğba Gülşen obtained the title of mediator under the Ministry of Justice and currently works as a mediator specializing in Labor Law, Commercial Law, Banking and Finance Law, Construction Law, Consumer Law, Insurance Law, and Intellectual Property Law.Tuğba Gülşen also completed her Expert Basic Training in 2025.

Tuğba joined Özay Law Firm in 2025 and provides services to our clients by combining the knowledge and experience she has gained throughout her professional career.
