Ece Çokay

Ece Çokay, who joined Özay Law Office in 2019, currently serves as the Head of the Intellectual Property Law Department. Within this scope, she provides services such as monitoring the processes of trademark registration and opposition, preparation and examination of intellectual property transfer agreements, copyright agreements, and license agreements, negotiation of such agreements, consultancy on legal issues arising from intellectual property law for domestic and foreign clients, and monitoring disputes arising from intellectual property rights.

In addition to intellectual property law, Çokay works in the field of contract law, providing legal consultancy services to domestic and foreign clients in the preparation and examination of commercial contracts, including software, procurement, and service contracts.

Ece Çokay is also registered among the mediators in the Registry of Mediators under the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Turkey.
