M. Burak Özata graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Law. He joined Özay Law Firm in 2024.

M. Burak Özata mainly focuses on litigation and advisory work in private law related areas such as Commercial Law, Law of Obligations, Law of Contracts, Labor Law, Construction, Lease and Real Estate Law and serves our clients in dispute resolution processes. He also has experience in white collar crime and various criminal law areas. M.
