Conference on Recent Developments in Competition Law

On September 27, our firm organized an important competition law event attended by over 100 in-house counsel from leading companies in Turkey.

Distinguished academicians and practitioners, including Kerem Cem Sanlı, Kadir Baş, Çiçek Ersoy, Buğra Kesici, and Recep Gündüz, alongside with our Competition Law Department lawyers Beste Güneş Tımaç, provided insights into best practices and pitfalls when dealing with competitors, buyers, and suppliers under the light of recent decisions of Turkish Competition Authority and courts.
