Long-awaited changes to the Personal Data Protection Law have finally occurred! We would like to extend our thanks to Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mehmet Bedii Kaya, Faculty Member of Istanbul Bilgi University Faculty of Law Information and Technology Law Department, for sharing details about the amendments concerning the processing of sensitive personal data and transfering of personel data abroad during our webinar, moderated by our Head of the IT Law Department, Att.
