The Ministry of Trade and the Retail Sector Workshop

The Retail Legislation Workshop, organized in collaboration with the Food Retailers Association (GPD) and the Chain Stores Association (ZMD), with the active participation of the Republic of Turkey's Ministry of Trade, was held on November 13.

Under the moderation of our law firm's founder, Att. Merter Özay, the workshop delved deeply into the current challenges faced by the sector and explored potential solutions. Topics such as Unfair Trade Practices, Payment Terms, and Excessive Pricing were thoroughly discussed.
