The 6th Advertising Council

The 6th Advertising Council convened on October 23 under the coordination of the Ministry of Trade.

Our Consumer and Retail Law Department representative, Att. Ezgi Kaplan, and IT Law Department representative, Att. Beste Güneş Tımaç, participated in the meeting. This valuable gathering addressed key topics such as the growing significance of the advertising sector, the role of artificial intelligence in marketing, the concept of retail media, targeted advertising, and the protection of personal data in dark patterns. We sincerely thank the Ministry of Trade for their kind hospitality and to all speakers, particularly Mr. Erdem Biçer and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mehmet Bedii Kaya, for their insightful presentations.
