Recent Developments in Competition Law

Our event titled “Recent Developments in Competition Law”, held on May 7 as part of the KİAD – Kurum İçi Avukatlar Derneği’s Wednesday Meetings, took place in a highly productive and interactive setting with the participation of over 200 in-house lawyers.

Many current topics were discussed in depth with active contributions from the audience, including the Competition Authority’s increasing on-site inspections, administrative fines imposed due to obstruction of such inspections, allegations of unconstitutionality, violations in the labor market, the responsibilities of Human Resources departments, and potential measures under labor law.

We would like to extend our sincere thanks to the In-House Counsel Association, to all our speakers and participants who contributed to the event, to everyone involved in the organization, and to all stakeholders who enabled us to be part of this valuable initiative.
