New E-Commerce Law & Recent Developments Panel

Our panel, where we evaluated the current innovations brought to the Law on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce, which we organized under the leadership of our IT Law Department, was held on April 12 at HAN Spaces Levent.

Our observations during the conference indicate that as the place of e-commerce takes on a greater role in business world, the necessity of addressing its various dimensions such as information technology, consumer rights, intellectual property, and competition law with a comprehensive compliance perspective is becoming increasingly prominent day by day.
