MENTORSHIP PROGRAM FOR IN-HOUSE LAWYERS

We were invited to the session themed "Supplier Management and Legal Compliance in E-Commerce" within the In-House Lawyers Mentorship Program organized by ACC Europe – Association of Corporate Counsel.

Under the moderation of Att. Bilgesu Demirel, along with Att. Ayşegül Durmuş and Att. Zeynep Gizem Ürkmez, we discussed the importance of determining the correct methods for monitoring the legal and internal compliance of suppliers while conducting e-commerce activities. We also emphasized the significance of strengthening communication between in-house lawyers and the operational side of the company, as well as achieving effective reporting to foreign countries in international corporations, evaluating these aspects with industry examples.
