Meeting on Current Legislation and Decisions in Advertising Law

On Thursday, September 19, 2024, we held an evaluation meeting under the chairmanship of Hasan Mutaf from the Directorate General of Consumer Protection and Market Surveillance of the Ministry of Trade to discuss the study containing recommendations regarding current legislation, prepared in collaboration with the members of the Gıda Perakendecileri Derneği (Food Retailers Association) and the Zincir Mağazalar Derneği (Chain Stores Association).

At the meeting, attended by Att. Ezgi Kaplan from our firm, current legislation and decisions related to Advertising Law were specifically reviewed, sectoral issues were addressed, and suggestions were made to enhance the applicability of the legislation in favor of both consumers and industry players.
